Why I Love Acro Yoga

Acro Partner Yoga, an acrobatic partner form of yoga, is amazing to watch. If you get up the courage to try it yourself, you will experience many benefits! In this post are several Acro Partner Yoga Videos as well as the benefits that I personally have experienced from doing Acro.


Acro partner yoga is fun to watch and has great benefits when you try it!

1. Have fun with partner and friends, perfect for a date night or a fun day with the girls

4. Become more comfortable with inversions (this transfers over to your regular yoga practice)

5. Build strength and flexibility

6. Gives you a “rush”, the poses can look very intimidating, but once you have tried it you feel great

Video 1: Acro Yoga ‘Cello Flow’ with Honza & Claudine LaFond, YogaBeyond

The camera angles used to shoot this video are great. Also, the cello music goes perfectly with their routine.

This couple did the same routine in several locations and put them together into one amazing video.

I could watch this one for hours. What makes it so amazing? The calm music, slow-paced routine, beautiful location, the skill, I could on forever. Please, watch this. And if you are like me, you will watch it again and again and again….

Pretty amazing, right? I have a long way to go, but I am determined to become an acro yogi!
