Having a go-to yoga music playlist is essential. While I often prefer to do yoga without music, there are times when I use music. The music has to be word free though. I find lyrics very distracting for yoga. Unfortunately, most of the playlists for yoga that you find are all songs with lyrics. Which is why I wanted to share this playlist with you.
