Basic Art of Adjustments: A Beginning Guide to Meaningful & Safe Adjustments in Yoga by Alanna Kaivalya would be a great read if you are a new yoga teacher or an experienced teacher that hasn’t used hands-on adjustments in your classes before. Some of the things that this book covers are; basic concepts of how to apply adjustments to a wide variety of poses, the power of breath in an adjustment, and different hand shapes to use while making an adjustment. As a new yoga teacher, I found this book very helpful and plan to go back to it for future reference.
