
I am on a mission to create more joy in the world. I aim to spread health and happiness. Helping others create balance in their lives.
On Journeys of Yoga, you will find tips on how to deepen your yoga practice. I am on my own yoga journey (recently became an RYT 200 yoga teacher!) and have a passion for passing on what I learn to my fellow yogis.

This blog is a way for me to share my experience as I further my practice. Things I cover reach from yoga literature and gear to self-practice and yoga retreats. I also believe that yoga goes hand in hand with holistic living, so I strive to follow and investigate such practices as well. I look forward to studying, growing, and sharing all that yoga has to offer.
Besides yoga, I love traveling, being outside, learning new things, and spending time with my husband. My day job is teaching second grade. My second graders love yoga and mindfulness. I love sharing my passion with them.
