30 Day Gratitude Challenge Week 2

Focus on gratitude. Take this gratitude challenge!
Welcome to week two of my gratitude challenge. If you missed out on week one keep reading to learn about the challenge. If you were here last week, skip down to the challenge!

What if you could…..

  • improve your physical and psychological health,
  • enhance your empathy and decrease your aggression,
  • get better sleep,
  • improve your self-esteem, and
  • increase your mental strength

There is one small thing that you can add to your day to achieve all of this! It’s gratitude!

According to psychologytoday.com gratitude does all of these amazing things. All it takes is writing down or even just being mindful of things in your life that you are grateful for.

So let’s do it! For the next 30 days, I challenge you to increase your gratitude. I’ll give you a topic for each day. Want to enter a drawing for this beautiful journals? They are from Mara Mi, an adorable stationary brand, based out of my hometown, Stillwater, MN. They have other store locations, so check them out if you are interested.
