Welcome to week two of my gratitude challenge. If you missed out on week one keep reading to learn about the challenge. If you were here last week, skip down to the challenge!
What if you could…..
- improve your physical and psychological health,
- enhance your empathy and decrease your aggression,
- get better sleep,
- improve your self-esteem, and
- increase your mental strength
There is one small thing that you can add to your day to achieve all of this! It’s gratitude!
According to psychologytoday.com gratitude does all of these amazing things. All it takes is writing down or even just being mindful of things in your life that you are grateful for.
So let’s do it! For the next 30 days, I challenge you to increase your gratitude. I’ll give you a topic for each day. Want to enter a drawing for this beautiful journals? They are from Mara Mi, an adorable stationary brand, based out of my hometown, Stillwater, MN. They have other store locations, so check them out if you are interested.
I think they would make great gratitude journals! To enter, follow me on Bloglovin (you can do this in my sidebar or on Bloglovin by searching Journeys of Yoga) and share your gratitude for the day in the comments once during the challenge week. Of course, you could always comment on more than one day!
The drawing will be held at the end of the month. If you participate each week, your name will go in the drawing for each week that you participate. Obviously, you only need to follow me on Bloglovin once! **Sorry, only those residing in the US can win (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
