Deepak Chopra Meditation (Where to Find it For Free)

Who is Deepak Chopra?

Deepak Chopra Meditation is amazing and can be found for free in a couple of different places. But before I get to that, let’s back up and look at who Deepak Chopra is.

Deepak was born in India and immigrated to the United States in 1970. As a doctor of internal medicine and endocrinology, he became the chief of staff at the New England Memorial Hospital. After 15 years, he left the hospital and became very involved with meditation practices. Then in 1996, he co-founded the Chopra Center.

Now he is very well known as an author, public speaker, and alternative medicine advocate.

All great changes are preceded by chaos.

-Deepak Chopra

What makes his meditation unique?

His unique mixture of eastern and western experiences are blended together to create unique meditation practices. Plus, his voice is very soothing. I have been listening to him since I was a kid and have always his meditations.
